Pinecrest Bed &Breakfast is located in a quaint historic neighborhood just one mile to downtown Asheville but it is also within one mile of the University of North Carolina-Asheville campus. Our five bedroom b&b is the perfect location for travelers coming to UNC-A for parents weekend, orientation, or conferences. The campus can even be reached via a peaceful walk on Reed Creek Greenway. The North Carolina Botanical Gardens sit right on the edge of campus as well.

The Wible Suite with king bed and twin pullout can accommodate 3 people if parents are traveling with their soon-to-be student. Our Cowley Room can be configured as twin beds, ideal for a parent and child sharing a room. Both have spacious bathrooms including clawfoot tubs for a nod to times gone by.
Breakfast is made fresh daily and served at 9 am in our dining room or we will happily pack a bagged breakfast to grab-and-go for an earlier departure. Our afternoon cookies are homemade and beverages are available 24/7. The sun porch is a guest favorite spot to relax, just like being in a tree house with our 1.3 acres of gardens.
Update cancelled due to COVID19. Take advantage of free music every summer by attending Concerts on the Quad. Concerts take place on three Monday evenings in June and July. Concert-goers are invited to bring lawn chairs, blankets, and picnics to enjoy along with the music.
